Dr. Lisa Monroe brings over 30 years of dedicated expertise as an early childhood educator, guiding and inspiring professionals in a multitude of educational settings—including public school, childcare centers, Head Start and Educare programs, private and charter schools, as well as preservice teacher preparation. 

As the founder of Priorities Consulting, Dr. Monroe draws upon her extensive experience as a former early childhood education faculty member, teacher, researcher, and program evaluator to support educators at every stage of their careers.

With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities present across these varied learning environments, Dr. Monroe has crafted comprehensive professional development programs and dynamic online courses tailored to empower educators working with young children. Her professional journey is distinguished by hands-on collaboration with teachers, leaders, and families—from seasoned classroom veterans to those just beginning their journey as preservice teachers.
