Discussion is light-hearted and informal, but participants will walk away with specific strategies to try at home. Handouts and other resources are available after each session. These 45 minute sessions provide an opportunity for employees to get comfortable with their Parenting Coach. Schedule these lunch & learns weekly or monthly and help your employees gain useful tools for effective parent interactions at home.
